Essaouira has been named the second most trending destination for 2025, with a remarkable 724% increase in search interest from German tourists compared to 2024, according to the Bavarian newspaper “Münchner Merkur.”
“Visitors to Essaouira can enjoy ideal surfing conditions, a picturesque medina, and delicious dishes made from fresh fish,” the report adds.
